To thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the National Energy Administration’s special action on improving power supply quality to serve new-quality productive forces, and to promote the implementation of various tasks of the special action in Anhui, on October 16, the East China Energy Regulatory Bureau, together with the Anhui Provincial Energy Administration, guided State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd. to hold an on-site promotion meeting for the special action in Hefei. The meeting summarized and exchanged phased achievements and studied and deployed key tasks for the next stage.
The meeting reviewed the progress of key tasks in Anhui Province’s power supply quality improvement special action. Power supply enterprises from Hefei, Wuhu, Bengbu, and Tongling exchanged typical experiences in power supply quality improvement. Experts from Anhui University conducted specialized technical training on voltage sag control, and two new-quality productive force enterprises shared user-side voltage sag prevention experiences. Prior to the meeting, participants also conducted on-site research at a memory chip manufacturing enterprise.
A responsible comrade from the East China Energy Regulatory Bureau affirmed the phased achievements of Anhui’s power supply quality improvement special action in their speech and put forward three requirements for the next step of work: First, strengthen source prevention on the grid side, adhere to coordinating power supply quality improvement work with the “15th Five-Year Plan” power grid planning, and accelerate the filling of grid shortcomings and weak links; Second, promote active prevention on the user side, guide key users to scientifically install power quality prevention devices, and continuously enhance user-side assurance capabilities; Third, improve the monitoring and standard system, and actively contribute to the formulation of national, industry, and local standards.
Power quality governance is an important guarantee for the development of new-quality productive forces. High-end manufacturing industries such as memory chip manufacturing and precision machining are extremely sensitive to voltage sags, and even minor voltage fluctuations can lead to production line shutdowns and decreased product qualification rates. The power supply quality improvement special action, through the combination of grid-side source prevention and user-side active prevention, has built a comprehensive power quality assurance system.
Responsible comrades and department heads from energy competent departments, power supply enterprises, and some new-quality productive force enterprises from various cities in Anhui Province attended the meeting.
